Appointment Information

 
 

We value the importance of a personal and intimate setting. Therefore, our salon operates “By Appointment Only.”

All confirmed appointments will have a designated bridal stylist to ensure our highest standard of service in finding their perfect wedding gown.

Please note that submitting a request below does not guarantee an appointment. A stylist will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to finalize your appointment request. If no response has been made within 2 business days, please give us a call to finalize your appointment.

Please check your SPAM and/or JUNK folder to ensure you are receiving our emails.

Appointment Guidelines:

  • In order to reserve an appointment slot, a valid credit card must be put on file to secure appointment. Collected via phone only.

  • Please note that we do not charge the card on file upon booking your appointment.

  • $100 fee will be collected for missed appointments or appointments failed to be canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time.

  • We allow a grace period of 10 minutes, after which a $100 late fee will be charged.

  • Due to limited seating: a maximum of 5 guests will be permitted, not including the bride. Please note that only one child under the age of 13 will be permitted per group; the child will be counted as one of the five guests.

  • A child under the age of 10 will need to have a designated adult at all times.

  • Headphones must be present at all times in the event that you chose to bring electronics for children.

  • Please note that our staff may ask that the child be removed from the store if they exhibit disruptive behavior for our other guests.

  • Please note that Same Day appointments will incur a $100 fee which will be applied as a credit if you say “yes to your dress” that same day!
