Given the increasing severity of the current crisis, the Governor of Texas and the City of Arlington have extended their declaration until April 31st. Being that, we will be extending our closure with an expected reopening on May 1st.

We continue to be reachable through our email at help@langsbridal.com and all of our social media platforms. Additionally, our website and social media pages will be providing the most up to date information possible. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you might have during our temporary closure.

We hope everyone stays healthy and safe during these challenging times!

As of today, we must extend our temporary closure to April 7, 2020. If this has significantly impacted your timeline, please feel free to reach out to us at anytime through help@langsbridal.com. We are always here to assist you!

In accordance with the new policies mandated by the City of Arlington and Tarrant County, we must sadly inform you of our temporary closure.

We expect to reopen on April 1st. However, we ask that you check back here or to one of our social media accounts to receive the latest information. Our stylists will be reaching out to brides with approaching weddings to discuss the proper arrangements moving forward.

We ask that any bride seeking assistance from one of our team members reach out to us through our email at help@langsbridal.com. Additionally, appointment requests and inquiry forms will continue to be seen and answered by our staff.

We thank you for your understanding in these challenging times, and we hope to see you walk through our doors soon!

March 17, 2020

We are deeply saddened by the current events occurring throughout our nation and across the world. Our thoughts and our prayers are with all those impacted by COVID-19. As of today, we will be implementing new guidelines and policies that will help us protect both our customers and our staff.

We hope the following new guidelines and practices will help assist in answering a few questions our current and future brides might have at the moment. If you have any further questions and concerns, please reach out to us during our normal business ours. Additionally, please visit the CDC and City of Arlington for the most up to date information.

Please note that our store has been noticing a high volume of phone calls. Therefore, we highly recommend emailing us when possible to ensure a response by one of our staff members.

Current brides

  1. Wedding Changes - We understand that certain government policies have made close approaching weddings no longer a possibility. If this is the case, we ask that you please reach out to us at your convenience. This allows us to make the proper arrangements best fitted for your new wedding date.

  2. Order Status - We are closely monitoring all wedding orders expected to arrive in the next 3 months. Should a delay occur, we will contact our designers directly to resolve the issue in a timely manner and communicate the following details to you immediately.

  3. Fittings - If you have a scheduled fitting with us within the next month, we ask that you read our new appointment policy below to be informed of our new changes.

New brides

  1. Timeline Changes - We now recommend beginning your search 8-10 months out from your wedding date. Even though our designers have not reported a delay, we hope our brides would take this as only a precaution to avoid future issues.

  2. Appointments - We will continue to remain operational until the State of Texas or City of Arlington has declared an immediate closure. As such, we will be implementing the new policies outline below effective immediately.

Appointments

  1. We will now strictly operate on a “By Appointment Only” basis.

  2. Our appointments will now have a maximum guest allowance of 3. We will strongly enforce this policy to reduce the amount of in-store interaction present at any time.

  3. Children under the age of 13 will no longer be permitted into the store.

  4. Refreshments will no longer be served to our guests. We happily invite our guests to bring their own CLEAR and SEALABLE liquid to enjoy during your appointment. Please note that you will be responsible for cleanup and any damages, if present.

  5. Until your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you do not enter our store. Our doors will remain locked until your scheduled appointment time.

Sanitizing and Cleaning

We take the health of our customers and staff with extreme priority. Therefore, all of our common areas will be cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis. Fitting rooms will also be cleaned and sanitized after each guest to ensure the safety of the next guest. Used accessories and veils will also be set aside to undergo sanitation for the next use.
