To keep things personal and stress-free, we work by appointment only. Every bride gets a dedicated stylist to help find the one—your dream dress.

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a spot just yet. One of our stylists will reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm. If you don’t hear from us, check your spam/junk folder or give us a quick call.

Appointment Guidelines:

  • In order to reserve an appointment slot, a valid credit card must be put on file to secure appointment. Collected via phone only.

  • Please note that we do not charge the card on file upon booking your appointment.

  • $100 fee will be collected for missed appointments or appointments failed to be canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time.

  • We allow a grace period of 10 minutes, after which a $100 late fee will be charged.

  • Due to limited seating: a maximum of 5 guests will be permitted, not including the bride. Please note that only one child under the age of 13 will be permitted per group; the child will be counted as one of the five guests.

  • A child under the age of 10 will need to have a designated adult at all times.

  • Headphones must be present at all times in the event that you chose to bring electronics for children.

  • Please note that our staff may ask that the child be removed from the store if they exhibit disruptive behavior for our other guests.

  • Please note that Same Day appointments will incur a $100 fee which will be applied as a credit if you say “yes to your dress” that same day!
