Every bride gets a dedicated stylist to help find the one—your dream dress. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a spot just yet. One of our stylists will reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm.

By requesting an appointment, you agree to our appointment policy outlined below.
In order to reserve an appointment slot, a valid credit card must be provided and kept on file to secure appointment. Collected via phone only. Please note that we do not charge the card on file upon booking your appointment.
$100 fee will be collected for missed appointments, cancelled appointments within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time, or rescheduled appointments within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time.
After a grace period of 10 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, a $100 fee will be charged for missed appointments and late arrival.
Same Day appointments will automatically be charged a $100 fee. This will be applied as a credit toward the purchase of your gown, if you say “yes to your dress” on the same day!
Due to limited seating, a maximum of 5 guests will be permitted, not including the bride.
One child under the age of 13 will be permitted per group. The child will be counted as one of the five guests.
Children under the age of 10 will need to be accompanied by a designated adult at all times.
We reserve the right to ask that the child be removed from the store if they exhibit disruptive behavior.
Any electronic devices emitting sounds must have the capability to be silenced or be accompanied by headphones at all times.
At any time, we reserve the right to cancel, end, or deny service for any reason.
