What is a style appointment?

A style appointment is recommended for brides that have more than a year in anticipation of their wedding date. These appointments allow for our expert stylists help the bride figure out exactly what kind of style she is looking for!

When should I start looking for dresses?

We generally recommend starting your search about 9-12 months out from your wedding. This allows your dress, which averages about 4 to 8 months, to arrive and for you to begin considering alterations.

 

What is your price range?

Our custom-order designer gowns start from $1,500 - $5,500.

Do you offer off the rack dresses?

In house, we have a small section of off-the-rack gowns that are $1000 and below. Please note our off the rack appointments only take place during the week.

I only like some parts of the dress. What do I do?

Full-service means FULL SERVICE. Our in-house seamstress is truly the best with 20+ years of experience in the bridal industry. She will always be in-store to provide you suggestions and advice for your custom gown needs.

 

Are alterations included in the cost of the dress?

The cost of alterations are NOT included with the purchase of a gown. These will be separate from the cost and estimates will be provided in-store during your appointments.

 

Can I bring food and drinks?

We prohibit all food, snacks, and other edible items. However, we do permit parties to bring CLEAR liquids into the store. Please be aware that by doing so the party agrees to accept responsibility for liquid damages. Party agrees to any costs associated to the damages, including cost to repair, dry clean, or replacement of damaged good(s).

How long are your appointments?

Our bridal appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes. Fitting and alteration appointments are scheduled for no more than 45 minutes.

 

Do you guys have my size in the store?

The first thing to know is that bridal sizing is NOT the same as normal size clothing. Because of this, the majority of our sizing will be sample based, encompassing a wide range of sizes.

Even if it is not a perfect, our expert stylists will assist you in visualizing what your dress will look like all the way down to sizing and even custom modifications!

 

How many people can come with me to my appointment?

We strive to create an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. We have a maximum guest count of 5 guests.

 

Can I schedule a follow-up?

Absolutely!

Please note that your second follow-up bridal appointment will have a reduced amount of time of 60 minutes.

Additional follow-up appointments will incur an appointment fee upon scheduling.

 

Are children allowed at my appointment?

Only one child will be allowed per party. The child must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note that our staff may ask that the child be removed from the store if they exhibit disruptive behavior for our other guests.
